Day2: Trek & Mountain Exploration

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast at Cafe Landour

Start your day with a serene breakfast at Cafe Landour, with a selection of local and international breakfast options. Accompanied by healing music, few stretches, and a briefing session to rejuvenate your spirit. Gather with your guide, Humrahi, for a day of exploration.

10:00 AM: Departure to Trekking Site

Leave for the trekking site near Bataghat with your Humrahi,. Take a picturesque car ride from the café to Kanoli village

11:00 AM: Trekking Begins – 7 kms

The trek starts promptly, equipped with 2 horses, a music system, water bottles, a medical kit, and refreshments to enhance your journey. As you embark on this 7 km trek, immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of stories shared by your guide, Humrahi, and let the rhythm of nature inspire your steps.
The expected terrain is a diverse blend of gentle slopes and rugged paths, offering both novice and experienced trekkers an engaging experience. Along the way, you’ll be greeted by the scenic highlights of the region, including lush forests of cedar and pine, vibrant wildflowers, and panoramic viewpoints that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Keep an eye out for the local fauna, such as mountain birds and perhaps even glimpses of wildlife, making this journey a true immersion in the natural beauty of the area. This trek is not just a physical journey, but a voyage through the heart of nature’s splendor, promising unforgettable memories and moments of serene connection with the earth.

12:15 PM: Refreshment Break

Take a 20-30 minute halt at our refreshment point, where you can use the washroom facilities and recharge.

1:30 PM: Arrival at Final Destination – Kandha Jhak village

Reach a 400-year-old hidden Shiva temple in a village, where a divine village welcome awaits you at the Mandir. Enjoy a warm water leg dip, welcome with Chandan Tika and garland, an open sound healing session followed by bhajan and Aarti.

2:00 PM: Organic Lunch

Savor an organic lunch that showcases the rich culinary heritage of the Himalayan region, served on eco-friendly organic plates near the temple. This meal is a celebration of local flavors, meticulously prepared with homegrown produce by the village community.
Enjoy a wide variety of Himalayan cuisine, each dish telling a story of tradition, sustainability, and the deep connection the people have with their land. 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Village Exploration

Spend time exploring the village, including organic farms, experience village Chula cooking demonstrations, horse and buffalo riding, cow milking, or relax on a khat nd enjoying the sun and scenic views.

4:30 PM: Sunset Point Gathering

Meet at the sunset point to enjoy evening tea with homemade cookies from the village bakery. Orders for freshly made cookies can be placed for pickup at the Cafe.

Spend a night in Mountain Camping Experience under the sky

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with our camping under the stars in the mountains. We provide sleeping bags and essential amenities to ensure your comfort. The campsite is conveniently located near a local homestay, offering the flexibility to move indoors if you find the outdoor experience challenging at night.
Enhance your camping experience with a provided bonfire and enjoy a dinner prepared with local flavors, adding warmth and authenticity to your mountain stay.

Day3:

Morning Mountain Breeze:

Wake up to the refreshing mountain breeze in the early morning. Breakfast will be served at the campsite, allowing you to start your day amidst nature.

Flexible Stay Options:

After breakfast, you have the choice to return to the café and opt for an extended, relaxing stay in the Heart of Landour hotel rooms or proceed to check out. Drop to the airport or tarin station can be made available
